  1. Eligibility:
    The lucky draw is open to new registrations of DIGITIMES ASIA who are over 18 years old, excluding existing subscribers. Each member is limited to one entry in the campaign. Existing members are not eligible for the lucky draw but will receive a 10% discount on their purchase as a thank-you for their continued support. Employees, contractors, and agents of DIGITIMES ASIA and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the lucky draw campaign. The lucky draw campaign is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of China (Taiwan). As soon as the confirmation email is sent to the winner's registered email address, the membership benefits will start.
  2. Campaign Dates and Deadlines:
    The Spin the Wheel campaign will run from April 17, 2023, at 00:00, to May 17, 2023, at 24:00 PDT (UTC-7). Entries received after the campaign period will not be considered.

    It's important to note that the 14-day trials for premium membership are available to an unlimited number of people, but a single member can only receive one reward at a time.   4. Prize Selection:
    The winners of the lucky draw will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the campaign period and contacted by email within seven days after the conclusion of the campaign. The size of each grid on the lucky draw is for visual representation purposes only and does not affect the outcome of the prize draw. The winners are chosen randomly and verified based on information from our system. We cannot guarantee that all event participants will be selected as winners, as this depends on various factors such as availability, eligibility, and other criteria determined by us. We reserve the right to change or cancel the selection process at any time without warning. Participants in this promotion should follow the rules for prize selection. The probability of winning each prize may vary, so please carefully evaluate before participating or making a purchase. If you have any objections to the probability of winning, please do not participate in this promotion.
  5. Prize Distribution:
    The prizes will be distributed to the email address registered for the account within 14 days after the winners have been notified. The decision of the promoter is final and binding for all matters related to the promotion.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your participation in the lucky draw campaign and any use of the prize. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with any breach of this agreement by you or any violation of applicable law.
  7. Miscellaneous:
    Our media company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Spin the Wheel campaign at any time without notice. Our media company also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent behavior. By participating in the campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and consent to the use of your name and likeness for promotional purposes. This promotion is governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
