Garmin-Asus has launched the Android-based Nuvifone A10 smartphone in Taiwan.
Asustek Computer vice president and general manager of mobile device business, Bensen Lin, pointed out that the Nuvifone A10 features Android 2.1 operating system, 512MB RAM, a 3.2-inch HVGA touch panel and a 5-megapixel camera.
Its main selling point is its GPS function, and it carries a price tag of NT$13,900 (US$434).
