Samsung 40-inch ultra slim full HD LED-backlit TV panel

Samsung showcased a 40-inch full HD LED-backlit LCD TV panel with a thickness of only 3.9mm at the FPD International 2009, held in Yokohama Japan, from October 28-30, 2009.

The panel employs the edge-type LED backlighting technology. It also features 120Hz frame rate, and 5000:1 contrast ratio.
