Global 2016 IC market to rise 4%, says IC Insights

Market research firm IC Insights has forecast that the global IC market will log a 4% increase in 2016, and fab capacity utilization rates will range from 90% to 93% with 12-inch fab capacity utilization rates coming higher at about 95%.
