LG Display aims at 30% share of global Ultra HD TV panel shipments in 2014

LG Display (LGD) has started production of 49-, 55-, 65- and 84-inch Ultra HD TV panels, with a goal of shipping 1.8-2.0 million units for a global market share of 30% in 2014, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
