Taiwan market: APBT already reaches 3G mobile user base target for 2010

Asia Pacific Broadband Telecom (APBT), the only 3G mobile telecom carrier adopting CDMA 2000 in Taiwan, attained the goal of 2.78 million subscribers for 2010 in October, according to the company.
