Silicon wafer vendors engage in barter trade for solar cell capacity

Some international and China-based silicon-grade wafer makers have initiated a kind of barter trade with Taiwan-based solar cell makers through which the wafer vendors offer wafers to solar cell makers in exchange for solar cell capacity.
