TSMC may set up thin-film PV plant at CTSP

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) may establish a photovoltaic (PV) production base on an 18-hectare site in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP) to produce thin-film PV modules, according to industry sources.
