Hynix and Ovonyx sign licensing agreement for PCM

Hynix Semiconductor and Ovonyx have announced that they have entered into a long-term license agreement for memory products under Ovonyx' patents and intellectual property (IP) relating to phase-change memory (PCM) technology.
