HTC sets up holding company in Singapore, reports paper

High Tech Computer (HTC) announced on July 13 that it will invest US$17 million to set up a 100%-owned holding company, High Tech Computer Asia Pacific, in Singapore, according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
