ProMOS to detail capacity allocation plan with Hynix; sources say allocation may be below 50%

While ProMOS Technologies and Hynix Semiconductor are about to finalize their technology partnership deals, the Taiwan-based firm may allocate less than 50% of capacity at its new 12-inch fab to Hynix, according to sources.
