IC distributors: Stable October revenue, downstream demand still exists in short-run

Taiwanese IC distributors, after witnessing seasonal strong demand in September, are still expected to enjoy stable shipments in October. Nevertheless, compared with past years, PC-related customers turned more cautious this year in placing orders.
