Lite-On Tech September revenues up sequentially

EMS provider Lite-On Technology has reported consolidated revenues of NT$14.613 billion (US$524 million) for September, increasing 7.90% on month and but inching down 1.02% on year.

Of the consolidated revenues, 52% came from IT product lines and consumer electronics including power supplies used in servers, PCs and mobile devices as well as PC peripherals and MFPs (multi-function peripherals); 19% from optoelectronics product lines including automotive CCMs (compact camera modules), LED devices and lighting products; and 29% from devices used in cloud computing, data centers, servers, networking/communication equipment, smart devices, IoT and AI application, Lite-On indicated.

Lite-On posted consolidated revenues of NT$41.863 billion for third-quarter 2021, growing 2.92% sequentially and 1.27% on year, and those of NT$120.257 billion for January-September rose 3.96% on year.

Lite-On expects consolidated revenues for the fourth quarter to significantly increase sequentially.

Fellow maker Qisda has reported consolidated revenues of NT$20.715 billion for September, hitting a monthly record with growth of 16.44% sequentially and 5.00% on year, and those of NT$57.203 billion for the third quarter grew 2.18% sequentially and10.66% on year. Consolidated revenues reached NT$164.090 billion for January-September, increasing 21.94% on year.
