ASE, SPIL report decreased February revenues

IC packagers Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) and Siliconware Precision Industries (SPIL) have reported on-year decreases of 7.0% and 3.6%, respectively, in consolidated revenues for February 2016.
