AWSC, VPEC June revenues rise

GaAs IC foundry Advanced Wireless Semiconductor Company (AWSC) saw its June revenues soar, while GaAs epi-wafer supplier Visual Photonics Epitaxy Company (VPEC) enjoyed record high revenues during the month.
