HTC appoints new CMO

HTC has appointed Idris Mootee, CEO of Idea Couture, a design firm based in Toronto, as its new CMO. Mootee's predecessor, Benjamin Ho, left the company in July, and company chairwoman Cher Wang led the top marketing role in the interim.
