Packaging and testing firm ChipMOS Technologies (Bermuda) has announced that subsidiary ChipMOS Taiwan and Spansion have extended their ongoing agreement through April 2014.
In April 2010, ChipMOS Taiwan and Spansion entered into a two-year wafer sort services agreement, utilizing the V5400 test platform.
"ChipMOS has consistently met our stringent quality control, process and service requests and we look forward to continuing to partner with them to meet our customer requirements," said Pierre Claverie, senior VP of supply chain and operations at Spansion, in a statement.
