Delta Electronics September revenues hit record

Power supply maker and energy management solution provider Delta Electronics has reported consolidated revenues of NT$21.613 billion (US$706 million) for September, hitting a monthly record for the second consecutive time with growth of 0.72% sequentially and 4.16% on year.

Power supplies and related components accounted for 53% of the consolidated revenues; devices used in ICT infrastructure and energy infrastructure, 32%; devices used in industrial automation and building automation, 14%; and other product lines, 1%, Delta Electronics said.

Delta Electronics posted consolidated revenues of NT$63.617 billion for the third quarter, the highest-ever quarterly level rising 9.88% sequentially and 6.34% on year, and those of NT$172.384 billion for January-September rose 6.27% on year.

Delta Electronics and affiliated Digital Projection International have unveiled a jointly-developed 25,000-lumen laser DLP 8K (7680 x 4320) projector in Japan, with shipments to Japan-based clients having already begun.

Delta Electronics has also cooperated with Japan-based Fuji Soft to create a showroom equipped with 8K projection on a 320-inch screen at Akiba Theater in Tokyo, to promote 8K projection business in the Japan market.
