Taiwan market: Tsann Kuen to launch 51-inch PDP 3D TVs

Taiwan-based retail channel operator Tsann Kuen Enterprise will launch 51-inch PDP 3D TVs from Sampo with a price tag below NT$30,000 (US$999) during the Lunar New Year holidays.
