Revenues of Paragon Technologies, a Taiwan-based provider of vacuum sputtering processing to prevent EMI in notebooks, are expected to increase 15-20% in 2010 amid growing demand from the notebook market, according to the company.

Since its notebook vacuum sputtering business already accounts for more than 90% of Paragon's revenues, the company has been focusing aggressively on other businesses such as vacuum sputtering for car tire rims and LEDs to separate its risk.

The company also plans to cut into a new business shortly and expects which it expects to start contributing revenues by the end of 2010.

Paragon, in the first five months of 2010, shipped more coated car tire rims than its total shipments of 30,000 units in 2009, and is currently in planning to cut into China market.
