PCB maker Unitech to spin off PV module unit in August

Taiwan-based PCB maker Unitech Printed Circuit Board has decided to spin off its photovoltaic (PV) module business unit to form a new subsidiary. The spin-off is expected to take effect on August 1, 2010.
