Buyers shift attention to DDR3 in spot market, says inSpectrum

With the DRAM market continuing to experience tight DDR2 supply in the contract market, buyers in the spot market have shifted their attention to DDR3 this week (November 3-6), resulting in a big price jump, according to inSpectrum.
