DRAM maker PSC to drop unpaid leave policy, seeing market recovery in 2H09

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) has said it plans to cancel its unpaid leave policy starting from August 21, as the DRAM maker is optimistic about a market recovery in the second half of 2009.
