Handset panel orders from first-tier vendors growing fast

Small- to medium-size LCD panel makers are seeing strong orders from handset vendors, including Nokia, Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics (LGE), who are gearing up for the third-quarter peak season, according to market sources.
