Taiwan optical lens maker Largan Precision earned more than capital in 1H08

Largan Precision, a Taiwan-based maker of optical lens kits, generated net profits of NT$1.306 billion for the first half of 2008, more than its current paid-in capital of NT$1.257 billion, according to the company.
