AUO affiliate Toppan CFI to buy AMTC 5G CF plant

AU Optronics (AUO) has announced its affiliate Toppan CFI will buy a 5G LCD color filter (CF) plant from Allied Material Technology Corporation (AMTC) for an estimated sum of NT$3.4 billion (US$111.99 million).
