Quanta and MIT developing virtual PC, says paper

Quanta Computer is currently cooperating with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) on a "virtual PC", according a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report citing Barry Lam, chairman of Quanta as saying.
