Taiwan market: Samsung trails iPod as second largest MP3 player brand in 3Q

The sales volume of Samsung Electronics' MP3 players in Taiwan in the third quarter is second only to Apple Computer's iPod series, having risen from a eighth place ranking earlier this year, according to Samsung Taiwan.
