Shrinking NAND flash ASPs pinching NAND flash memory card controller makers

The continuing drop in average selling prices (ASPs) of NAND flash chips is pressuring Taiwan memory controller IC houses to lower their quotes further with average quotes possibly dropping below the present US$0.70-0.80, say industry sources.
