Renesas, PSC extend partnership to 4Gbit AG-AND flash

Renesas Technology today announced the signing of a manufacturing agreement, as well as a technology and sales licensing agreement, with Powerchip Semiconductor Corp. (PSC), for 4Gbit AG-AND flash memory.
