Battery specialist Simplo to acquire cooling system supplier

Taiwan-based Simplo Technology, which specializes in PC- and handset-use battery packs, announced on May 2 that it will acquire a 100% stake in SonicEdge Industries, a Taiwan-based electronics cooling specialist, via a stock swap.
