AUO expands influence at CCFL maker Wellypower

HB Chen, the current president of AU Optronics (AUO) will serve as CEO of Wellypower Optronics, according to a March 21 Wellypower filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE). Chen is also currently serving as the chairman of Wellypower.
