China market: On-line auctions totaled US$1.70 billion in value in 2005

On-line auction transactions in the China market had a total value of 13.924 billion yuan (US$1.70 billion) in 2005, skyrocketing by 235% from 2004, according to China-based consulting firm Analysys International.
