Merry acquires Bluetooth solution provider for NT$301 million

Headset maker Merry Electronics has purchased Huges Hi-Tech, a leading Taiwan-based Bluetooth solution provider, for NT$301 million (US$9.65 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
