BenQ to launch 8-9 handsets in first half of 2005, 20-25 in full year

BenQ plans to launch eight or nine handsets in the first half and a total of 20-25 this year, according to president and COO Sheaffer Lee. The company launched four models in early January, although at least one of these was announced in early 2004.
