Gatax expects to enter volume production of WCDMA PA modules in late 2004 or early 2005

Taiwan-based RF (radio-frequency) IC design house Gatax Technology recently introduced its first RF chip for WCDMA power amplifier (PA) modules, according to company president Chi-yi Ho.
