TSMC and UMC may lose 0.18-micron orders due to higher price

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) may risk losing some clients of their 0.18-micron level processes due to higher prices, sources said.
