ECS only first-tier maker to attain 2001 shipment target

With the exception of Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS), the other three Taiwanese top-tier motherboard manufacturers, Asustek Computer, Gigabyte Technology and Micro-Star International (MSI), will all fail to achieve their 2001 shipment targets.
