Acer Air Monitor
Acer has recently announced its new air monitor designed to help people keep tabs on indoor air quality. The Acer Air Monitor allows real-time monitoring of key air quality indicators through a smartphone app, and by the changing colors of a breathing LED light embedded on the chassis. In addition, home automation based on air quality indicators, such as activating an air purifier, can be achieved thanks to IFTTT integration. Through a wide variety of sensors, the Acer Air Monitor is capable of tracking six key air quality indicators, including total volatile organic compounds (TVOC), carbon dioxide, PM2.5, PM10, temperature, and humidity. The measured data can be accessed in real time from a smartphone app. The Acer Air Monitor will be available in the second quarter in selected countries.

Acer Chromebook 14
Acer has released its Chromebook 14 with a battery life of up to 14 hours. The device is equipped with a 14-inch display and an all-aluminum chassis. The Acer Chromebook 14 is the company's first 14-inch Chromebook. The display features IPS technology and comes in either Full HD (1,920 by 1,080) or HD (1,366 by 768) resolutions. Acer Chromebook 14's 720p webcam supports 1,280 by 720 resolution video recording. The Acer Chromebook 14 is powered by an Intel Celeron quad-core or dual-core N3060 processor and support 4GB/2GB dual channel LPDDR3 SDRAM.
