PSMC obtains orders for PWM ICs from MediaTek, Qualcomm

Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing (PSMC) has secured long-term orders for power management ICs from MediaTek, and has struck a new contract also for the manufacture of PWM ICs with Qualcomm, according to industry sources.
