Taiwan PV subsidization not enough, says SAS chairman

Taiwan's PV subsidization program is less active and efficient in boosting innovation in technology than China's, according to MK Lu, chairman of solar-grade silicon wafer and solar cell maker Sino-American Silicon Products (SAS).
