Focus on high-end CCL
Taiwan-based CCL manufacturers including Elite Material (EMC), Iteq and Taiwan Union Technology (TUC) have all moved to lower production for traditional FR-4 PCBs while concentrating more resources to developing higher-end products such as halogen-free and high-tg laminates used for HDI boards, and low DK/DF products for server applications.
