Taiwan market: TWM offers new hourly charge scheme for 3.5G mobile access to Internet Nov 16, 16:08 Taiwan Mobile (TWM), a major mobile carrier in Taiwan, has offered a new rate scheme for its 3.5G Internet-access service. A monthly fee of NT$350 (US$10.8) will be charged for the first 10 hours, and an additional NT$60 per hour afterwards, the company said. But the monthly total payment will not exceed NT$1,300.
