digbil joins AWS Partner Network to deliver smart quick service restaurant solutions

Press release 1

digbil, a pioneer in the cloud-based digital signage market, recently announced its membership in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network (APN) as a Standard Technology Partner. APN is a global program offering solution providers technical guidance as well as sales and marketing support to enhance their product offerings on AWS.

digbil enables quick service restaurant (QSR) operators to administer digital menu boards and digital signage through an intuitive Web portal. "Operators can schedule and deploy content to a store next door or anywhere around the world from any place with an Internet connection and a Web browser," said digbil VP of Marketing Manuel Edghill.

Built from inception to run on AWS's global, secure and reliable architecture, digbil leverages several AWS technologies including Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2), Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) and Amazon CloudFront to provide an entirely cloud-based digital signage management platform.

"AWS enables us to quickly and easily scale our solution from one store to thousands, from one city to around the globe. Our cloud-based solution is a key differentiator for our customers who previously had to rely on expensive, burdensome client-server architectures when selecting a digital signage platform," further explained Edghill.
