SemiLEDs announces new EV LED product

SemiLEDs Corporation recently launched its new "Enhanced Vertical" (EV) LED product series. The EV LED has been designed to have higher thermal endurance, ensuring better reliability at higher temperatures. The EV LEDs feature SemiLEDs' vertical chip structure on a patented metal alloy substrate, offering advantages in excellent optical output and high thermal conductivity.
SemiLEDs' EV LEDs are available for global sales and immediate sampling in blue, green and UV and chip sizes of 0.4mm x 0.4mm through 1.5mm x 1.5mm.
