Digitimes Research: Slight dip of solar wafer price in Greater China
Jackie Chang, DIGITIMES, Taipei [Friday 16 December 2011]

After a few weeks of stable prices for the solar products in the Greater China region, the prices dipped slightly this week (December 12-16) because of seasonality, according to Digitimes Research analyst Chihheng Liang.

Demand from Germany continued falling but orders from Italy and the US icnreased this week, Liang said.

The market has been mostly quiet recently, Liang added, as solar firms have cleared out inventories and have been refusing to quote lower prices.
