ITRI laser technology for flexible electronics applications

Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) has developed a new laser technology for processing high-end manufacturing involving a repetition of patterns through a laser charge-coupled device (CCD) scanning technology and CCD system.

By adopting the new laser technology, users can save about 50% installation cost and increase capacity by three times compared to traditional wet processes, ITRI said.
