While most of new notebooks introduced by Samsung Electronics America for the US market will target the higher-end of the market, Samsung's netbook offering (NC10) is very reasonably priced, with the 10.2-inch wide LCD NC10 having a suggested retail price of US$499.
The NC10 will feature a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor, 1 GB DDR2 800MHz RAM, 6-cell high capacity battery, Microsoft Windows XP Home SP3 and a 160GB hard drive. The netbook will be available in white or metallic blue color options and the 10.2 inch wide LCD will support resolutions up to 1024×600.
