Asustek unveils high resolution 19-inch LCD monitor

Asustek Computer recently launched three new LCD monitors in Taiwan, including one 19-inch widescreen and two 22-inch widescreen models, according to the company.

The 19-inch (VW198S) is the world first 19-inch monitor that can support a resolution of 1,680x1,050, claims the company. The mainstream 19-inch widescreen monitors in the market currently only feature resolutions as high as 1,440x900, added Asustek.
