Hermes Microvision to see revenues hit new high in 2014

E-beam inspection tool supplier Hermes Microvision (HMI) is expected to see its revenues grow 20-30% on year to a new high in 2014, buoyed by orders from clients in Taiwan, the US and Korea, according to industry sources.
